Iran sends disturbing message to Karoline Leavitt following birth of second child

Two Iranian embassies have chillingly responded to White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt’s tweet celebrating the birth of her daughter.

Karoline Leavitt took to social media Thursday (7 May) to announce her second child with husband Nicholas Riccio.

“On May 1st, Viviana aka ‘Vivi’ joined our family, and our hearts instantly exploded with love,” the White House press secretary wrote.

“She is perfect and healthy, and her big brother is joyfully adjusting to life with his new baby sister.

“We are enjoying every moment in our blissful newborn bubble,” the 28-year-old added alongside a picture of her cradling the newborn.

“Thank you to everyone who reached out with prayers during my pregnancy – I truly felt them throughout the entire experience. God is Good.”

Two days after her announcement, however, the Iranian embassy in Armenia responded with a disturbing response about the Minab school strike.

On 28 February 2026, a US Tomahawk missile struck the Shajareh Tayyebeh School in Minab, Iran, killing 156 people, including 120 students.

Internal Pentagon inquiries, first reported by The New York Times, determined that American forces likely struck the school unintentionally due to a targeting error.

“Congratulations to you. Children are innocent and lovable,” the embassy replied on X.
